  • Talenteem was born out of a passion for culture evolution; if you get the culture right, everything else will follow. Reyhaneh Khalilpour, Founding Partner, was fascinated as a business professional by what motivates people to do what they do - long before the concept of "employee engagement" caught on. Reyhaneh spent her career creating engaged workplaces through intentional culture initiatives and progressive people practices. Following many years working within local and multinational companies inside and abroad as an HR & Talent Management Leader, Reyhaneh recognized that many businesses and organizations did not have access to the necessary HR leadership to make them competitive from a recruiting, retention, and motivation standpoint - resulting in a wasted time and money, disengagement and ultimately, the loss of valuable employees. For that reason, she launched Talenteem in 2016 to offer her knowledge, skill, and expertise as a human resources  in consultant especially for startups and small growing businesses.

    About Talenteem Founding Partner, Reyhaneh Khalilpour

    Born in Tehran, Iran, raised in Canada. She moved to Canada in her childhood to pursue advanced education.With over 12 years’ experience within some of the worlds’ leading organizations in their field, she is able to provide first hand insights on people practices that will have the greatest impact on organizational performance. She is known for her understanding of complex business operations, what drives people to perform, her ability to develop leadership capabilities and create innovative ways in which to get the best from an organizations people.With a passion for using innovative technologies to engage with the workforce, she is often described as energetic, persuasive and a catalyst for enhanced business performance. Reyhaneh collaborates with carefully selected specialist learning, coaching, technology, legal and business professionals, who she may recommend for particular programs.
